Our Ethos

Each person is equally important here and every role is essential to the services we provide. It’s crucial to us that we run a happy ship. We’ve no time for office politics, unkindness or lone rangers. Many of us spend more time working than relaxing, so we want to enjoy it.

Most of our clients are recommended or referred to us by existing clients or other professionals and our aim is to exceed their expectations. Anything less than that simply isn’t good enough.

Most of us mix working from home and in one or more of our offices. This is usually arranged within the respective teams and can be very flexible within the demands of the workload and clients’ needs.

Locations

Our Head Office and Administration Centre is based in Bury St Edmunds. All physical post, our accounts team and paper administration are run from this location. We also have offices and meeting centres in other locations in Suffolk and London, with plans to open more.

All lawyers and support staff work variously from home and offices, typically spending approximately half of the week working from home and half from a mix of offices. If the circumstances demand it, everyone can work from home.

We’re always keen to hear from talented people who are interested in developing their career with us, and we actively encourage direct applications.
