We’re delighted to announce that Cross Ram & Co have joined forces with Atkins Dellow.
As a law firm originating in Suffolk, joining up with Cross Ram & Co gives Atkins Dellow a wider presence across the county and builds on the heritage of Cross Ram & Co as one of the regions longest established firms.
Beside the change of name and bigger combined team there won’t be any disruption to the services we provide and we continue our focus on excellence of service, with a wider range of services.
We stand by our motto “A refreshingly different law firm” and strive to be more personable and less intimidating to clients to help them understand what it is that we can do to help them in their situation. It is our duty to provide the best services to our clients and give them the best advice to help them make the decisions that are right for them. Then carry out the needed leg work to give them the best chance at their desired outcome. This is backed up by the many glowing reviews we have, as well as our mission statement.
Our Mission Statement
“Our mission is to deliver the best possible service to every client at all times. We strive always to exceed our clients’ expectations in the quality of the advice we give, the efficiency and clarity with which we deliver it, and the level of engagement we have with them. We want our clients to know that we are genuinely interested in them, and we care about them, our clients to never want to go anywhere else for the services we provide. We are a great place to work and we look after each other. Everyone is equally important, and we don’t tolerate anything less than mutual respect and consideration. We never stop looking for ways to do better for our clients and for each other.”
