Making a Will is one of the most important steps a person can take to protect their loved ones and ensure their wishes are carried out. Yet many people delay doing so, often because they are unsure where to start or believe it will be complicated or costly.
The National Free Wills Network exists to remove some of those barriers. Through the scheme, individuals who support participating charities can access a professionally prepared Will for straightforward circumstances, at no cost to them.

Since becoming a member of the Network, our Private Client team has worked with individuals from across the community, helping them prepare Wills that reflect their personal wishes, family circumstances and values. Collectively, this work contributes to significant future funding for charities, supporting causes that matter deeply to their supporters.
Having recently received our Certificate of Appreciation from the National Free Wills Network, we are delighted to have helped raise an estimated £4,645,515 in future legacy income for the Network’s member charities.
The scale of that impact is reflected in the latest recognition we have received from the Network, demonstrating how considered Will-writing can translate into meaningful, long-term benefits for charities and the communities they serve.
