Proud members of The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme

We’re proud members of The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). This scheme acknowledges firms who achieve the quality standard for delivering residential conveyancing services. Firms who achieve this accreditation provide residential conveyancing advice to a level expected by lenders and the wider conveyancing community. The scheme requires us to undergo strict assessments, compulsory training, self-reporting, random audits and annual reviews to maintain CQS status. The accreditation is only open to members of The Law Society who meet the demanding standards set by the scheme supported by UK Finance formally The Council of Mortgage Lenders, The Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsmen and The Association of British Insurers.

Our Conveyancing solicitors have undertaken a rigorous assessment process set out by The Law Society. Achieving CQS status marks our firm as meeting high standards throughout the conveyancing process, supporting our clients to make the right decisions when buying or selling their home.

The CQS scheme has been designed to allow consumers to identify law firms who provide a recognised quality residential conveyancing service, safe in the knowledge they’ll be provided with practical and efficient advice. We understand buying and selling a home can be a stressful time. Clients who see our CQS accreditation will recognise our commitment to a quality and reliable client experience, using our expertise to reduce risks throughout the conveyancing process. If you are looking for a residential conveyancing solicitor near you, we have offices in Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury and London. We act for clients across the country and are happy to speak to you wherever you are.
