SUMMARY OF ROLE
We’re always keen to hear from talented people who are interested in building their career with us.
DETAILS
We welcome applications from individuals who share our values and believe their skills and experience are well suited to our firm. When getting in touch, we ask applicants to clearly outline the type of role they are interested in and how their experience aligns with our work and teams.
About the Role
There isn’t a single role attached to this vacancy. Instead, this is an open invitation for people who believe they could make a positive contribution to our business. Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, if your skills, outlook and values align with ours, we’d love to hear from you.
If you like what you see on our website, or you’re familiar with our work and culture, we’re always happy to have a confidential conversation about potential opportunities. All enquiries are treated in confidence.
As this is a speculative vacancy, the role will depend on your experience, interests and where you could add the most value. Opportunities may arise across legal, support or business services teams, and we’re open to discussing full-time, part-time or flexible working arrangements where appropriate.
What we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in people who:
- Are motivated, professional and take pride in their work
- Share a people-first, client-focused approach
- Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
- Are keen to develop their skills and grow with the firm
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved
We recognise that everyone works best in different ways, and we’re committed to offering flexibility wherever the role allows.
Working arrangements
- For roles involving travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a car may be required
- Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Some roles may require occasional travel between offices
- We’re open to discussing part-time, flexible hours and job share arrangements, where this works for the role and the team
