Compliance & Training Manager

Caroline works with the Compliance team to ensure everything we do at Atkins Dellow meets the highest standards.

Starting off in the world of catering before moving into compliance and training, Caroline has worked for some of the most recognised companies in their sector including Whitbread, Greene King, Drax Energy and Volkswagen.

Outside of work, Caroline is a clarinettist playing regularly in a concert band, as well as an enthusiastic gardener, and enjoys long walks exploring the Suffolk countryside.
