Danielle Fisher

Head of People and Culture

Danielle brings extensive experience across both Human Resources and Business Development, having worked in a variety of people-focused roles throughout her career. Most recently, she worked for a large local training provider, supporting employees throughout the full employment lifecycle while building strong relationships with local businesses to understand and support their training and development needs.

Her experience spans recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and staff development, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to support both individuals and organisations. Danielle also holds a Level 7 Postgraduate Degree in HR Management from the University of Suffolk, alongside a CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Danielle is passionate about creating positive and supportive working environments where people can thrive and reach their full potential. She enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and helping organisations achieve their wider goals through effective people practices.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her two sons, walking her two spaniels, and making the most of family skiing trips and sunny holidays whenever she can.
