Elisabeth Baxter
Project Coordinator and Paralegal
Drawing on nearly six years’ experience in property and conveyancing, Elisabeth combines legal insight with operational efficiency in her role as Project Coordinator and Paralegal.
She initially joined our Commercial Property team and went on to qualify with a CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice (Conveyancing). Since then, she’s evolved into her current role, playing a key part in streamlining internal systems and processes, helping teams work more efficiently across the firm. With a strong foundation in client service, Elisabeth brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does, including the office rota and organising regular staff events that help strengthen team connections.
Outside of work, Elisabeth enjoys sprinting around an agility course with her lively working cocker spaniel or heading out on long countryside walks. You might also catch her preparing for an active holiday filled with cycling and sailing. At the weekends, she loves catching up with friends and family—usually with a cold glass of Prosecco in hand.
