Admin Assistant

Jess is an Admin Assistant in our Private Client team, bringing valuable customer-focused experience from her time working in the aviation industry. Her background has equipped her with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure environments while developing strong interpersonal skills. During her time as cabin crew, she received three awards recognising her customer service – a testament to her commitment to professionalism and service excellence.

Jess is currently studying towards her LLB with the Open University and is keen to deepen her understanding of the legal sector as she continues to develop her career.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with family and friends, and life is kept busy by her two dogs. Having grown up in Lanzarote, she also speaks fluent Spanish, bringing an additional skill to the team.
