Kate is a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal based primarily at our Halesworth office.
A Graduate Member of CILEx, Kate brings a solid grounding in property law and client care. She spent nine years working at CILEx, where she completed her legal studies while balancing work and raising a family. In 2018, she proudly became the first CILEx employee to graduate. Alongside her own studies, Kate supported many fellow students, offering guidance and encouragement throughout their legal training. Now part of our conveyancing team, Kate is gaining hands-on experience and working towards qualifying as a CILEX Lawyer.
Outside of work, Kate has channelled her energy into renovating her beachside home, converting part of it into a successful Airbnb. She and her family also transformed the top floor into a home cinema, learning various DIY skills along the way. A keen sea swimmer, Kate takes a daily dip in the sea, come rain, shine or snow. Kate brings that same dedication, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset to her legal work, supporting clients through their property transactions with professionalism and care.
