Nikita is part of our Client Care team, welcoming clients at our Framlingham office and helping to ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

With over 20 years of experience across the logistics and retail sectors, Nikita has developed strong customer service skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues. She brings excellent organisational skills, a conscientious approach and a proactive attitude to her role.

Nikita particularly enjoys working with the public and takes pride in providing a friendly and professional welcome, while working closely with colleagues to help keep the office organised and running efficiently.

Outside of work, Nikita enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children, travelling and heading out for long forest walks, particularly during the autumn and winter months.
