Sophie is part of our Client Care team, welcoming clients at our Guildhall Street office and helping to ensure their experience is positive from the moment they arrive.

With over ten years’ experience in customer-facing roles, Sophie brings a calm, professional and approachable manner. Her background includes front-of-house work within a mental health setting, where she developed the ability to remain composed in challenging situations while maintaining a supportive and welcoming environment for clients.

Sophie takes pride in creating a friendly atmosphere in the office and supporting colleagues wherever she can to help keep the day running smoothly.

Outside of work, Sophie spends much of her time with her young daughter, with weekends often filled with trips to the zoo or swimming. She also likes travelling, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and providing beauty treatments for friends and family.
