Stephen is a Consultant Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, bringing extensive experience in handling complex matters. He has a strong track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients, including securing injunctions across multiple properties and successfully advising on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, having considerable experience in contested probate and maladministration claims.
In addition to his litigation experience, Stephen is a qualified civil and commercial mediator. This allows him to take a solution-focused approach to disputes, helping clients resolve matters efficiently and with a clear understanding of their options.
Stephen enjoys working closely with clients to understand the issues they face and providing practical, considered advice to help them move matters forward with confidence.
Outside of work, Stephen has a keen interest in gardening and conservation. Born in Hong Kong, he also brings a broad perspective shaped by both his professional and personal experiences.
