Max Harnden qualified as a solicitor in 1988. On admission he became involved in the privatisation of the railway industry at the time as one of the architects behind the new contractual matrix.
He then entered private practice as a commercial specialist with a major London firm.
In 2000 he left London to become the corporate lead for a firm in Colchester before taking the same position in 2006 with a prominent firm in Ipswich where he became an equity partner.
Regarded as a leading individual in corporate law by Legal 500, he has joined Atkins Dellow to enhance the existing corporate offering.
His success is grounded in the belief that seeking the best interest of clients must remain paramount from beginning to end of a corporate/commercial transaction.
During his leisure time, Max is out on the open road as a motorcycle enthusiast and occasionally travels Europe.
