Coming Together for a Great Cause
Supporting our community is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re thrilled to be sponsoring the St Nic’s Cycle Ride 2026 – a refreshed and re-energised event in support of St Nicholas Hospice Care.
Taking place on Sunday, 10 May 2026, the event is more than just a cycle ride. It’s a celebration of community spirit, personal challenge, and collective support for a cause that touches the lives of so many across West Suffolk and Thetford.
Taking on the Challenge
The event offers a range of routes, making it accessible whether you’re an experienced cyclist or simply looking to take on a personal challenge. Riders can choose from 25km, 50km or 100km road routes, or, for something a little different, a 65km gravel ride, all starting and finishing at Maglia Rosso Cycling Centre in Hawstead.
For us, the day is about more than the distance, it’s about being part of something positive, encouraging each other along the way, and raising as much as possible for the hospice.

As returning sponsors, the whole team at Atkins Dellow is proud to support the hospice, not just financially, but through active involvement. For us, it’s not just about logos on banners – it’s about showing up, participating, and being part of something meaningful.

In the lead-up to the event, our team will be training together, encouraging each other, and working towards a shared goal: to raise as much money as possible to help the hospice continue its vital work.
About St Nicholas Hospice Care
St Nicholas Hospice Care provides specialist care, advice, and support to people facing life-limiting illnesses, and to their families and carers. Their work goes far beyond medical care – they provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to help individuals live well in the time they have, and to help loved ones through the difficult times of loss and grief.
The hospice’s reach spans across West Suffolk and Thetford, and their services are delivered both at the hospice itself and out in the community, through home visits and local hubs.
