Employment Law for Employees
Our experienced team are committed to helping employees with all aspects of Employment Law – from supporting you with complaints and harassment claims, to advising you on your rights following termination or redundancy.
If you’ve been discriminated against, harassed, or bullied, or you’re facing a disciplinary hearing at work, then our employment solicitors can assist you and ensure that your rights are protected every step of the way.
As an Employment Lawyer for employees, we communicate with both parties to understand the complaint and ensure that a fair conclusion can be reached.
Our Employee Law Services
Our work with employees and individuals can – and often does – start long before they walk through the doors of a new job. Contrary to popular belief, having an Employment Lawyer doesn’t have to mean that something is wrong in your job – we can also help you to navigate the art of negotiations, ensure contracts are fair and open, and support you in chasing a promotion or pay rise.
- For new starters, we can help you negotiate and review your employment contract. We can also advise you on the implications of any new contract, such as the impact of any restrictive covenants.
- During employment, we can advise and support you through any
- disciplinary, grievance and absence management procedures
- We can also help and advise you on how best to deal with any discrimination, harassment and bullying that you face.
- At the end of your employment, we can help you if you feel you have been wrongfully or unfairly dismissed, made redundant or let go because of discrimination. We can also help negotiate a fair settlement agreement for you.
- After you have left, we can act for you in an Employment Tribunal claim and advise you on any restrictive covenants you may have.
